I simply just love going to gym!! why?? because, i can shed fats!! hahahz..
I LOVE THE TREADMILL!! it helped lose the most calories, comparing to the other equipments that i tried.. wahahahz... okay forgive my craziness.. there are a few causes.. firstly.. i am in office now, skiving.. cuz there is really nothing to do.. (T_T )secondly, i went to a gym at Redhill with Da kor for the very first time.. and i enjoy it alot!! i long to exercise but had no companion , determination nor motivation.. but now there is da kor!! and his choir i/c, Frankie!! hahaz.. yeah.. and i thank God that i am a student!! =D even though the price is just cheaper by one dollar.. but it is good enough.. i can buy.. hmm. what can i buy??.. erm, newspaper?? mentos?? haiya, in short, i can still do quite alot of things with it.. whahahaz...
